Countdown for baby has officially begun

Wowzers, I have been so busy the last couple of weeks. Having both the kids home all day has been crazy!!!!! I am now 34 wks! WOOHOO! And my ob has decided that if I have not gone into labor by the 28th of July he is going to induce me...AWESOME!!!!Now all of our family in Houston can better plan on coming out here.
Joe Mack is going away for his first time ever. He is going to Houston for 3 wks!!!! He leaves around the 4th of July and will come back with my in-laws on the 25th. I am sad that he's leaving, it will be our first time apart. ;(
Joe got a bike!!! He looks so good on it and I'm jealous that I can't go ridin with him right now. Sydney is doing good and will be starting pre-k in August. ;(
Yesterday Joe's command had a family day picnic and then we got a tour of Raymond James Stadium(where the Bucs play). We had a blast however, it was too hot for preggo here!!
Here are some pics of Joe's bike and from the tour yesterday.....

I thought I loved you then....

I heard Brad Paisley's new song this morning and it brought me to tears. I couldn't help but think of Joe and I. We have been together for 9 years, have two beautiful kids together(and one more on the way),and have persevered so much. The song took me back to the night we met and how unexpected it was. We came together like magnets and had our first date the very next night. We have been inseperable since then. Looking into his eyes, I knew I felt something I had never felt before but we seemed so young(19). Eight months later he joined the Marines and left for boot camp. He proposed to me two weeks before he left. I was a little unsure if I was ready for marriage because we were so young but I knew I loved this man more than anything. Being without him for three months is what really set it in for both of us. When he came home for boot camp leave, we planned our wedding in a week!! I told him that I wanted travel with him and that my home was where he was. I thought I loved him then, but now when I look at him, he is my whole world and I love him more than I did then. Since I am reminiscing and all, here are some of our wedding pictures. The date was 4/28/01....we were only 20. Crazy....

Surprise Baby Shower

Two of my girlfriends here in Tampa threw me a surprise baby shower last Sunday. They had Joe and my mom in on it too, trying to plan and be sneaky. I knew Joe was acting weird and then when my mom flew in she had said she wanted to go eat mexican food. Mom hates mexican food!!! I have been craving it so I was like," okay mom are you sure your not preggo?!" Anyhoo, when we got to the restaurant "surprise" there they all were with balloons. It was so sweet! Joe's family sent gifts secretly to my friends house so I wouldn't see them. I am so glad that my mom and Mike could be here. I've got everything I need for Aiden, now we just sit and wait for him. I have another ultrasound on Monday so we'll see if my due date stays the same. My belly is measuring 32 weeks and I am only 31 weeks. hmmmm.....

27 Weeks and counting....

Well here I am at 27 weeks. I can't believe how fast this pregnancy is going by. Aiden is very active!!!! It feels like he is playing football in there. I have finally gotten my appetite back and it feels great. I am mostly craving chocolate and sour candy, however at least twice a week I am wanting mexican or cuban food. Its funny because I craved mexican food with Joe Mack, go figure! It is so hot here right now and its only May 2nd!!! I wonder how I am going to feel in July when I am 9mo preggo?! ;)

Oh my aching back!!!

Wow this pregnancy has been hard! From the morning sickness, to getting colds, to getting the stomach flu, now my back! AHHHH!!!!!!! Before I got pregnant with Aiden I was a very avid runner. I ran 4-5 miles about 4-5 times a week with the jogging stroller. (It is the best all over body work out and it help me lose all the baby weight with Syd)In November of 08 I had strained a muscle in my lower back and I had to lay off of it for a few weeks. Well during that time I found out I was pregnant and my back had kinda healed but was still tender. So I decided to refrain from running just to prevent it from getting worse. When my belly started petruding in March..oh my gosh!!! It felt like there was a knife stuck back there! As time has gone on it is just getting worse. My dr thinks it is sciatica. I'm bordering bedrest right now and I'm afraid when I go in next Wednesday for my checkup that my dr. will "officially" put me on bedrest!! YIKES! With 2 other kiddos to tend to?? Yea right doc..
I am a very active person so this is making me go bananas! I despise sitting still! Maybe this will magically dissapear? I so hope so, I can't imagine what my 9th month will be like in July if I feel like this at 6mo!

Easter Weekend

We had a VERY BUSY weekend with the kiddos. Joe and I took them to a strawberry farm to pick strawberries. We had so much fun and got a ton of strawberries. Joe made homemade strawberry ice cream last night and it is soooo delish!!! YUMMY!!! Easter was great, we hung out and cooked and played with the kids. I made a ham and fresh green beans and mashed potatoes. We had a little easter egg hunt outside with them and they got MORE candy. These kids are good on candy for a long time!!!! The weather was beautiful here today and it was such a blessing to spend it with Joe and the kids.
