Kids visit to Santa 08

I can't believe how big the kids are getting!!! It seems like yesterday they were just babies. Next year, baby#3 will be up there with them!!! That is if the baby isn't as scared as Sydney has been in the past!!!

Joe Mack asked Santa, " What if we don't have a chimney? How will you deliver our presents?" He pulled out his magic key and said,"this key will open the door to your house!" Joe Mack was so fascinated!!!!

Sydney was not so sure about Santa(obviously). After she saw Joe Mack sit down with him she slowly approached Santa and sat in his lap. This is the FIRST year she finally did it not screaming. Yay Sydney!!

Thanksgiving 08

Joe's family drove in from Houston for the week of Thanksgiving. We all had a blast!!! We decided instead of fussing with a turkey, Joe and his dad would grill steaks!(such a Texas thing to do) Joe's dad was helping me in the kitchen with Sydney at his side. She insisted that he wear her crown while he cooked. It was the sweetest thing I've ever seen. Sydney loves her Grumpy!!!

Expecting baby #3 in July 09!!!!

On the day after Thanksgiving the four of us decided to do what most Americans do, SHOP!!! We got a lot of good deals but I knew that I wasn't feeling right. Matter of fact, all week I had been feeling quesy and tired but I just shrugged it off and assumed I was coming down with the stomoch flu. I was only a week late which is not always uncommon for me. Joe was convinced I was preggo and wanted me to take a test. So when we got back from shopping I took it and within a few seconds that line had already formed. I had to take another one because I didn't believe it and of course it was positve. So, I am going to be a mama again!!! Joe Mack is very excited but Sydney is not so sure. Hopefully as my belly grows she will become more excited.
